What HeyReach does well
HeyReach is very good at one job: running LinkedIn outreach across many accounts from one place. Each sender gets a dedicated static residential proxy, campaigns rotate across accounts, replies land in one shared inbox and are tagged by sentiment, and integrations with Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, HubSpot and others slot it into an existing stack. Agencies get white-labelling on the Agency plan.
The price per sender is hard to beat at volume, the 14-day trial needs no card, and reviewers on Trustpilot and Capterra consistently praise account rotation and the unified inbox. Its chief executive has said in interviews that the company passed $7 million in annual recurring revenue without venture funding.
Where the two split: many accounts, or one
HeyReach's pricing is built around senders, which tells you who it serves: a team or agency multiplying LinkedIn capacity across accounts. BOSRAI is priced on verified contacts and sends from your own account, because its buyer usually has one profile and cannot replace it. Neither is wrong; they answer different questions.
Where the two split: who writes and who finds
HeyReach sends the campaign you write to the list you bring. It can tag replies, and outside AI agents can drive it through its MCP server, but the thinking about who to contact and what to say is yours or another tool's. BOSRAI finds the people from your audience and live buying signals, writes each message from the signal that found them, reads replies and drafts the answers.
The LinkedIn question, asked honestly
LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and unauthorised automated methods for sending messages and adding contacts, and its help pages warn that accounts using such tools can be restricted. That is true of HeyReach, and it is true of BOSRAI, which also sends on LinkedIn on your behalf. HeyReach says in its own help centre that it follows LinkedIn's rules closely, and wrote in August 2026 that LinkedIn had removed HeyReach's company page and restricted some of its executives' profiles while customer accounts kept running.
On invitations, HeyReach's stated guidance of about 100 connection requests a week per account is more conservative than BOSRAI's daily ceiling. BOSRAI pairs a higher ceiling with lower limits on new accounts and a brake that stops invitations when acceptance drops, and it does not rely on LinkedIn alone: when LinkedIn goes quiet, email and WhatsApp carry the sequence.
Who should pick HeyReach
An agency or a sales team running LinkedIn campaigns across several accounts, with its own copy, lists and email tool, that wants the lowest cost per sender and a single inbox.
Who should pick BOSRAI
A founder or small team with one LinkedIn profile to protect, who wants the prospects found and the messages written for them, and who needs email and WhatsApp in the same sequence.

Questions people ask
Is BOSRAI a HeyReach alternative?
For some teams. If you run LinkedIn campaigns across many accounts, often for clients, HeyReach is built for that and BOSRAI is not. If you are a founder or small team who wants an AI to find prospects, write each message and run email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp together, BOSRAI fits better.
How much does HeyReach cost?
On 14 September 2026 HeyReach's pricing page listed Growth at $79 a month, Agency at $999 a month for 25 senders and Unlimited at $2,999 a month capped at 300 senders, with lower prices on quarterly and annual billing and a 14-day free trial.
Does HeyReach send email?
Not by itself. HeyReach sends on LinkedIn and connects to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison for email. BOSRAI sends email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in the same sequence.
Is LinkedIn automation against LinkedIn's rules?
LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and unauthorised automated methods for sending messages and adding contacts, and its help pages warn that accounts using automation tools can be restricted. That applies to any tool that sends on LinkedIn for you, including BOSRAI.
Does HeyReach write the messages with AI?
HeyReach is a sequencer: you write the campaign messages. It tags replies by sentiment and offers an MCP server so outside AI agents can create campaigns. BOSRAI writes each message for the person it goes to and drafts reply answers.
