AI SDR Pricing Index 2026: What 16 Sales AI Tools Actually Cost
Last verified: 2026-09-14
BOSRAI sells an AI SDR, so its own prices are in this table. Every other number was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 14 September 2026, or, where a vendor does not publish, from a named third party with the date. We did not estimate a single price ourselves.
Pricing is the first question anyone asks about an AI SDR and the last thing half the category will answer in writing. So we read the pricing pages of 16 tools on the same day and wrote down what they said, including when what they said was "talk to sales".
How this was done
- One reading day. Every vendor page was read on 14 September 2026. Prices in this category change often; check the source before you rely on a number.
- Vendor pages first. Where a vendor publishes a price, that is the number here.
- Named third parties only when a vendor does not publish. Those rows say who reported the figure and when. They are estimates, not prices.
- No arithmetic presented as a price. Where we divide a price by a volume, we say so.

Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly and HeyReach are not AI SDRs in the strict sense. They are here because small teams assemble an AI SDR out of them, and the assembled cost is the real comparison.
What the table actually shows
Most vendors publish, but the most expensive agents do not. Of the 16 vendors we could read, 11 publish at least one price. The five that hide pricing are 11x on its higher plans, Artisan, Qualified, Outreach and Salesloft, and every third-party estimate for them describes an annual or multi-year contract.
Hidden pricing sits an order of magnitude above published entry plans. Vendr's medians for the vendors that do not publish run from about $30,700 a year for Salesloft to about $68,400 a year for Qualified. The published entry plans for AI SDRs start at $99, $250 and $499 a month.
AI SDRs price on volume, not seats. AiSDR, Artisan, 11x and BOSRAI price on contacts, leads or prospects; Gojiberry and Salesforge's Agent Frank price per agent. Seats survive at the sales-engagement platforms, and Outreach now pairs seats with AI credits.
Credits have spread everywhere. Regie, Clay, Unify, Instantly and Outreach all meter some part of the product in credits. Only the LinkedIn tools price per sender.
Monthly terms are the exception at the top end. Among published plans, AiSDR's upper tiers and Agent Frank are quarterly. Among unpublished ones, the reported terms are annual.
Why the unit matters more than the price
A price is only comparable when the unit is. "$250 for 200 contacts" and "$99 for 1,500 contacts" look like a twelve-fold difference, and dividing them gives $1.25 against about $0.07 per contact. But AiSDR's contact includes research work per person, and a contact at one vendor is not the same object as a prospect at another.
The unit also tells you what the vendor is rewarded for. A tool priced on emails sent or senders connected does better when you send more. A tool priced per seat does better when you hire more people. That is not a conspiracy; it is a reason to ask what the product does when volume stops working, which in outbound it eventually does. We wrote about that in why volume-priced tools burn your domain.
The honest comparison is cost per meeting on your own audience, and no pricing page can give you that. A trial can.
What a human SDR costs, for scale
The Bridge Group's 2025 research, drawn from 351 B2B companies, put the median SDR on-target earnings at $80,000, split $55,000 base and $25,000 variable, with an average ramp of 3.0 months and average tenure of 1.9 years. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics puts benefits at 30.0 percent of total compensation for private industry workers as of June 2026. Recruiting, tooling, management time and the months before a new hire is productive come on top. We worked the full arithmetic through in the real cost of an SDR.
That does not make an AI SDR a replacement for a person. It does mean that even the most expensive agent in this table costs less than one fully loaded hire, and the cheapest cost less than a single month of one.
Other pricing indexes worth reading
Several teams have published their own AI SDR pricing comparisons in 2026, with different vendors and different methods. They are worth reading alongside this one:
- Cleanlist, AI SDR Pricing Index 2026, published July and updated September 2026.
- Altitude, AI SDR Pricing Index 2026, updated August 2026.
- Hey Sid, AI SDR Pricing Compared 2026.
- The CRO Report, AI SDR Tools Compared.
Some of their figures for Regie describe its older per-seat product rather than today's credit-based plans, which is a reminder of how quickly this category's pricing moves.
Questions to ask before you sign
- What is the unit, exactly? A contact, a prospect, a lead contacted, an email, a credit, a sender, a seat. Ask what one unit includes.
- What happens when the unit runs out mid-month? Hard stop, overage, or silent top-up.
- What is the minimum term, and what does leaving cost? Monthly, quarterly, annual, notice periods.
- What does the first month really include? Mailbox warm-up can take weeks, and a month spent warming is a month paid for.
- Can you see a price without a call? Not a moral question, but a practical one: a vendor you can evaluate on a Saturday is one you can leave on a Saturday.
