BOSRAI vs 11x: an enterprise AI worker, or a rep a small team can buy tonight?

11x sells digital workers to sales, RevOps and marketing teams on annual contracts. BOSRAI sells an AI sales rep to founders and small teams by the month. Most of the differences follow from that.

Written by BOSRAI's founder, and BOSRAI is one of the two products compared, so check every 11x claim against the sources at the bottom. Facts about 11x were read on 14 September 2026 from 11x.ai, its help centre and security page, TechCrunch, and reviews on Trustpilot.

What 11x does well

11x covers more of the funnel than most products called an AI SDR. Alice works outbound; Julian answers inbound leads by phone, chat, SMS and WhatsApp within minutes, and only calls people who opted in. Behind both sits a company and lead database that 11x says is refreshed in real time, plus website visitor tracking and buying signals.

It is also built for a procurement process. 11x's security page lists SOC 2 Type II and CASA Tier 3, with data processing agreements for EU customers, and the Enterprise plan adds SSO and custom terms. If a security review decides your software, that matters more than anything else on this page. And 11x now publishes a price for its Growth plan, which much of this category still does not.

Reviewers on Trustpilot most often praise the onboarding support and the time saved on research.

Where the two split: price and commitment

The Alice Growth plan is listed at $3,750 a month on an annual contract, for up to five users and 2,000 new prospects a month; the FAQ on the same page describes Growth as starting at $36,000 a year, so confirm the figure on your quote. Either way, the commitment is a year. BOSRAI's Growth plan is $199 a month for 5,000 verified contacts, month to month.

Dividing those prices gives about $1.88 per prospect for 11x and $0.04 per contact for BOSRAI, but treat that as arithmetic, not a verdict. The two companies do not count the same thing, and a prospect at 11x may carry more research than a contact at BOSRAI. The difference that is not arithmetic is the contract: one is a year you commit to before you know it works, the other is a month you can cancel.

Where the two split: who presses send

11x is designed to book meetings autonomously from day one, and lets you add approval workflows if you want to review first. BOSRAI starts the other way round. Every message waits for your approval until you have approved five drafts on a channel, and then only that channel moves to autopilot. You can let email run while still reading every WhatsApp message. Full autopilot across every channel is on BOSRAI's Scale and Pro plans.

Where the two split: channels

11x lists more channels, including SMS and outbound voice, in its own guide to Alice; we could not find independent documentation of how each one works in practice. BOSRAI runs email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one sequence, uses WhatsApp only after a person has engaged, and its phone rep calls only people who asked for a call. If outbound calling is central to how you sell, 11x covers it and BOSRAI deliberately does not.

Proof, for both of us

In March 2025 TechCrunch reported that 11x had listed companies as customers that said they were not customers, and that former employees disputed its revenue figures. 11x said the listings were human error and removed them, and its chief executive stepped down that May. We mention it because proof of outcomes is the question every buyer in this category should ask, and we ask to be held to the same standard. BOSRAI has no published case studies yet. Our live platform numbers are on the receipts page, including the ones that are not flattering.

Who should pick 11x

A sales organisation with a RevOps function, a security review, a budget for an annual contract and a need for inbound phone coverage as well as outbound. If you want a managed, autonomous worker across many languages and your procurement team needs SOC 2, 11x is built for you.

Who should pick BOSRAI

A founder or a small team who wants to start tonight, pay monthly, approve the first messages and hand over one channel at a time. Also anyone selling into the Gulf, where WhatsApp matters, or into the EU, where the AI disclosure is built in.

Questions people ask

Is BOSRAI an 11x alternative?

Yes, for a different buyer. Both find prospects, write outreach, handle replies and book meetings. 11x is built and priced for sales, RevOps and marketing teams on annual contracts. BOSRAI is built for founders and small teams who want to start without a sales call and pay monthly.

How much does 11x cost?

On 14 September 2026, 11x's pricing page listed Alice Growth at $3,750 a month billed annually, for up to five users and 2,000 new prospects a month, with Pro and Enterprise priced on request. Julian, the inbound worker, is priced separately.

Does 11x require an annual contract?

11x's pricing page says annual is the default, with two- and three-year terms available on higher plans, and its help centre asks for 30 days of written notice not to renew. BOSRAI is monthly with 20 percent off if you choose to pay yearly.

Which one sends without a person approving?

Both can. 11x runs autonomously and offers approval workflows if you want them. BOSRAI starts every workspace in review mode and moves each channel to autopilot only after you have approved five drafts on it.

Does either one say it is an AI?

BOSRAI adds a disclosure line to every message sent without a person approving it, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act asks since 2 August 2026. We found no AI disclosure or EU AI Act statement on 11x's site; ask them directly if you sell into the EU.
