People answer on different channels. A founder in London answers email. A procurement lead in Dubai answers WhatsApp. A marketing director who ignores both accepts a LinkedIn invitation from someone who commented on the same post. A sequence that only knows one of those channels is guessing for the other two.
How a sequence moves
A sequence is a series of steps, each with a channel and a delay: an email, a LinkedIn invitation, a LinkedIn message, a WhatsApp message. You can build it yourself or have the rep write it for your audience, and any step can carry two versions so the rep can learn which one gets answered. The rep writes each message for the person it goes to, using the signal that found them and what their company does.
The moment someone replies on any channel, their sequence stops and the conversation moves to your Inbox. Nobody gets a follow-up email after they already answered you on LinkedIn.
The rules each channel follows
- Sends from an included address on day one, or your own Gmail, Microsoft or SMTP mailbox
- Spreads volume across every connected mailbox
- A newly connected mailbox starts at 5 a day and ramps to its cap over 21 days
- Pauses a mailbox when bounces rise
- Plain text with a plain HTML twin, one-click unsubscribe
- No tracking pixel for contacts in France or Italy
- Sends from your own account
- Hard cap of 40 invitations a day, lower while an account is new
- Rests the account when acceptance drops
- Invitations are blank by default
- Someone already connected gets a message, not an invitation
- No profile on record means the step is skipped
- Never the first message of a sequence
- Only after the person replied, accepted, clicked, visited or booked
- Otherwise that step goes out as email or LinkedIn instead
- Says who is writing in the first line, ends with Reply STOP
- Sent between 07:00 and 21:00 in the person's time zone
- From your own number, connected with a QR code
One person, one conversation
Every reply lands in one Inbox, in the same conversation as that person's emails, LinkedIn messages and WhatsApp messages. The rep reads each reply, labels it as interested, a question, an objection, the wrong person or not now, and drafts the answer. A STOP in any wording is honoured without a model deciding: the person is marked do-not-contact everywhere and any waiting drafts to them are deleted.
Who presses send
You do, at first. Every new workspace starts in review mode: the rep writes, you approve. Each channel earns autopilot separately, after you have approved five drafts on it, so you can let email run while you still read every WhatsApp message. Full autopilot across every channel is on the Scale and Pro plans.
When the rep sends a message nobody approved, it adds one plain line saying an AI assistant wrote it for your company and that a person reads every reply. That is what Article 50 of the EU AI Act asks of an AI agent since 2 August 2026, and it is on by default.
Check it before it goes out
- Preview an email step for three real people from your audience, with the fact each message was built on, and rewrite the angle for all three at once.
- Check the first ten leads of a new campaign, with the reason each one matched, before the first message is sent.

Questions people ask
Can I send from my own mailbox?
Yes. Connect Gmail, Microsoft or any SMTP mailbox and the rep sends as you. You can also start on day one with the sending address included in every plan and connect your own later.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. You connect the number you already use by scanning a QR code. WhatsApp is only used after a person has engaged, never as the first message.
What happens if a contact has no LinkedIn profile?
A LinkedIn step is skipped for that person and the sequence moves on to the next step, so nobody stalls waiting for a channel they are not on.
Will someone get the same message on two channels at once?
No. Steps are spaced by the delays you set, and a reply on any channel stops the sequence for that person and moves the conversation to your Inbox.
Which plan includes all three channels?
Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one sequence are part of the Growth plan at $199 a month and every plan above it. Yearly billing takes 20 percent off.
