The morning question
“What did my sales rep do overnight?” returns leads found, messages sent, replies received and meetings booked, read from the live workspace rather than a nightly export.
The queue
“What is waiting for my approval?” lists every drafted message oldest first, with who it is for, the line it opens on and how long it has waited. Reading one never sends it.
The replies
“Who replied and what did they say?” returns the actual words across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, so the assistant can help you answer rather than summarise a number.
The diary
“What meetings do I have?” returns booked calls with the prospect, the time and their timezone, because a rep that books meetings should be able to tell you about them.
Fifteen tools, and the line they do not cross
Thirteen of the fifteen only read. Two write, and both are bounded. Pausing a campaign stops sending at once, which is the safe direction. Resuming one does not restart outreach: it raises an approval card in BOSRAI and waits for a person, because putting messages back in front of real people is a human's decision rather than a model's.
The same principle runs through the product. A message a person approves is that person's message. A message the rep sends on its own carries a line saying so, which is what the EU AI Act asks for from August 2026. Connecting an assistant does not change either rule.

Questions people ask
What is an MCP connector?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard assistants use to operate outside tools. A connector is a server that speaks it. BOSRAI runs one at bosr.ai/api/mcp, so Claude can read your workspace and answer questions about it in the chat you are already in.
Can Claude send emails to my prospects through it?
No. Every tool that reads is open to it and nothing that sends is. Pausing a campaign takes effect immediately, resuming one raises an approval card inside BOSRAI that a person clicks, and reading a draft never sends it. Anthropic's directory review asked for that gate before listing us.
What can I actually ask it?
How did outreach do this week, who replied and what did they say, what is waiting for my approval, which meetings are booked, which buying signals fired, who at this company is in my CRM. It answers from the live workspace rather than a copy.
What data does Claude see?
Only the workspace you connect, and only what the tool you invoke returns: pipeline figures, campaign status, contacts you have, replies you have received, drafts waiting. The connection is scoped to that one workspace and nothing else.
Do I need an API key?
Not for Claude. The connector signs in with OAuth in your browser, the same way any other connector does. API keys exist for scripts and clients that cannot open a browser.
How do I disconnect it?
Remove the connector in Claude, or revoke it in BOSRAI under Settings, API and MCP, Connected apps. Either ends the access immediately.
Is it free?
The connector costs nothing on top of your plan, including the free plan. What it reads is your own workspace.
