These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BOSRAI platform operated by FREEBNK AI TECH - FZCO ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BOSRAI is an AI-powered business operations platform that provides autonomous AI agents (COO, CMO, CTO, CFO, CRO, CGO) to assist with business tasks including content creation, marketing, technology deployment, financial analysis, revenue operations, and growth strategy.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Credits are consumed per task execution. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Yearly billing provides a 20% discount.
You agree not to use BOSRAI to:
Content generated by our AI agents is provided for your use. You retain ownership of content created through the platform using your inputs and business data. We do not claim ownership over your AI-generated outputs. However, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
Our platform integrates with third-party services (LinkedIn, GitHub, email providers, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or their handling of your data.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions resulting from maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
BOSRAI provides AI-assisted business tools. Our AI agents are not substitutes for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
The BOSRAI platform, including its AI models, design, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of FREEBNK AI TECH - FZCO. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
